Released in 1979. The name of this language is a homage to lady Ada Lovelace who was a mentor to Charles Babbage, and the worlds first programmer.

This language is designed on request of the Department Of Defense (USA) and is meant for organizations where high standards are set for readability, reliability and aspects of language maintenance.
